Hiatal Hernia/ Acid Reflux/ GERD/ Heartburn - Free Yourself From The Constant Pain

From former acid reflux sufferer, Nick Willis.

Wouldn't it be nice to get a good night's sleep without fear of stomach acid receding down your throat? If you're reading this, chances are that you suffer from gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)/ 'acid reflux'/ heartburn: a condition that can flare up almost uncontrollably. You may suffer quite acute attacks of pain as well.

If you suffer from these symptoms, you have probably already sought advice from your doctor. I did this but I found that my doctor did not tell me much more than what I had already gleaned from the Internet. (Some say this is where most doctors get their up-to-date information from anyway!) Regardless, I was FED UP of sleepness nights so I decided that if there was information out there that could help me, I was going to find it.

I returned to my own research. I knew I was not the only hiatal hernia sufferer in the world, but the figures still surprised me. I sifted through tales of misery and woe, and purchased a lot of information on the subject. Most of what I found was no help to me but I was able to locate a couple of individuals that allowed me to regain control of my acid reflux and hiatal hernia.

There is lots of useful advice on the Internet about treating the symptoms of acid reflux/ heartburn/ GERD. One author however, William Lagadyn, has written a book that focuses on identifying the root cause, and then teaching people exactly how to correct the condition properly. He even shares the advice on treating the symptoms temporarily on his site, which some authors on the subject include to pad their book out! This is my primary recommendation for treating acid reflux/ heartburn/ GERD.

The other author, Mark Turner, listed other people's most pressing questions and concerns about hiatal hernia before writing his manual on overcoming it.

There are simple easy steps to control and manage a hiatal hernia. When you read this book you will see how the right combinations of diet control (nutrition), medications, and simple exercises can allow you to have control over your hiatal hernia, and enjoy the benefits, such as better digestion, breathing, circulation, and so on. But don't take my word for it; you can visit the sites I found below. See what you think.

They do charge a fee for access to their research, which is to be expected for such detailed reports and services that include online support. Mark and William are two thorough guys! If you are interested in one of these resources, I advise you to get it quickly as the prices will go up soon to cover increasing web/promo costs. (By the way, you didn't hear this from me!)

My search for a solution to hiatal hernia and acid reflux/GERD has come to an end. I have to say that I was thoroughly disappointed with most of what I found and I strongly advise that you check out the ebooks below. Whatever you do though, I wish you a healthy and happy year for you and yours.

All the best.

Signed,
Nick Willis
